Join us for the annual Journée des Franco-Ontariens ceremony, and proudly wear the green of Ontario's Francophonie.
Wednesday, September 25, in front of Hamilton City Hall.
Program:
- 10 to 11 a.m.: Welcome, speeches, community recognition awards, flag-raising.
- 11 a.m.: Magic show organized by CFH. Guest: Mikael Taieb, Le Mathémagicien.

Telling Tales Festival:
From September 21st to 22nd, meet over 40 of Canada’s best children’s authors, illustrators, and storytellers at this unique English-language children's literature festival held annually.
The CFH will host two French book readings with francophone authors in attendance. We will also have a French book exchange running throughout both days!
Attending Telling Tales means enjoying free admission and the opportunity to explore the beautiful Royal Botanical Gardens, along with live performances, music, interactive walks, local artisans, exhibitors, food vendors, and even a scavenger hunt! It's a wonderful experience to enjoy this back-to-school season.

CFH project for seniors:
“Discovering new passions” begins on Friday, September 13, 2024, from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at the Bernie Morelli Recreation Centre. Each month, a new passion!
Introductory watercolor painting workshops with MarieAnge every Friday in September are offered free of charge.
