Community tutoring
The community tutoring project is a project funded by the Government of Canada which aims to enable French-speaking youth to help their peers who have difficulty learning French (oral and written) better master the language, but also experience the rich cultures of French-speakers in Ontario. We aim to create a pairing of 3 students in French immersion or with academic difficulties with 1 volunteer French-speaking student. We will gather them weekly during virtual or in-person tutoring sessions supervised by adults.
If you are in French core or immersion or you are having difficulties learning French in a Francophone school, and you want to receive support from young French-speaking volunteer tutors, we are here to help.

If you know young Francophones who are particularly good at speaking and writing French, please share that we are looking for volunteer High school or student tutors. Becoming a tutor with us means you can make new friends, help your community, have an enriching volunteer experience and share your culture.
